Can I backorder / reserve an item that is out of stock / unavailable? Occasionally a product may be unavailable, but unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. If you email us at shop@bloomcosmetics.com we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.
How can I pay? Payment is via credit cards only (Visa and Mastercard ONLY).
What is the cost for delivery? Bloom uses Australia Posts Express Post service for all deliveries within Australia, at a cost of $9.95, regardless of number of items. This charge applies to each delivery, for example if you have three items going to three different places, three delivery charges of $9.95 each will apply.
Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet? For security reasons, Bloom does not hold any of your payment or financial information – we let the experts do that. We think it is a more secure system, for us and for you. Our QuickSSL security system and the National Australia Bank ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure.
Can I send an item to someone else? Yes – as long as they are in Australia. Just make sure you enter their address details in the Shipping Details section of your Shopping Bag. You may choose to gift wrap their item too.
Can I send an item to someone overseas? No – we only ship within Australia.
Gift wrapping Gift Wrapping is available for a small cost of $4.00. This fee applies to each transaction – that is, if you have three different items going to three different places and each are gift wrapped, gift wrap fee applies three times.
What does being a “member” mean? You have access to purchase Bloom products online, and we will let you know about special offers, discounts, events etc that come up from time to time.
Does Bloom supply products for corporate gifts? We will happily supply corporate gifts, in fact, Bloom products makes a perfect gift! Either purchase online, or contact us by email shop@bloomcosmetics.com or phone (03) 9421 0200 to discuss the details further.
Why do I need to sign for Nail Polish and not other products that I buy online? When purchasing Bloom Nail Polish, please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Nail Polish is classed as “flammable” by Australia Post, and therefore must be sent via road. We suggest that you offer a work address, or somewhere they can deliver to you during normal business hours.
