Office Co-ordinator / Receptionist  Bloom Cosmetics, an Australian beauty company requires a vibrant Office Co-ordinator / Receptionist and join the other Bloomers at our Head office in Richmond, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the front face and voice of the business and to give a pleasant and professional impression to third parties contacting Bloom. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for : -  Answering and delegating incoming calls. -  Dealing with incoming couriers and booking / co-ordinating outgoing couriers. -  Assisting with communication between Sales staff and Head Office. -  Dealing with customer inquiries. -  Assisting Head office team members on projects. -  Daily office maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be proficient with MYOB and have strong excel/computer skills. You will also have proven time management skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Driver's licence is essential.
